Get your Capture Token

Go to Planner Settings → Capture Tokens and generate a token. Copy it — you'll paste it into the Shortcut once.

Download the Shortcut

Tap the button below on your iPhone. The Shortcuts app opens automatically with an "Add Shortcut" prompt.

Paste your token

In the shortcut editor, tap the very first action at the top (it shows YOUR_TOKEN_HERE) and replace it with your Capture Token.

Share from any app

Open any URL in Safari, YouTube, Instagram, or any app with a Share button. Tap Share → "Save to Zetrr Planner". Your idea appears instantly.

About the API Token

  • The token is stored inside the Shortcut (visible in the Shortcuts app editor).
  • It has capture-only scope — it can add ideas, but cannot read your boards, cards, or account data.
  • Protect your iPhone with Face ID or a passcode. Revoke and regenerate tokens in Planner Settings anytime.
