How Zetrr Automation keeps your Instagram account safe
Zetrr Automation connects through Instagram’s official login as a verified Meta Tech Provider, never asks for your password and never scrapes. It only messages people who commented, replied to your story or messaged you first, inside the windows Instagram allows. Sending is capped below the limit Meta documents and spread evenly, and Zetrr stops on its own the moment Instagram signals a limit, then returns gradually.

The six safeguards
An official connection
You connect with Instagram’s own login. Zetrr is a verified Meta Tech Provider, and Meta reviewed the permissions it uses. Zetrr never sees your password and never scrapes Instagram.
Only people who reached out
Zetrr replies when someone comments, replies to your story or sends you a keyword. It never cold-messages anyone. Instagram allows one private reply per comment within 7 days, and further messages only within 24 hours of the person writing back; Zetrr checks both before every send.
Paced, never in bursts
Each account has an hourly cap set below the limit Meta documents. Messages to different people go out with a steady gap between them, a few at a time at most, and never two at once to the same person.
Stops when Instagram asks
If Instagram signals that an account is sending too much, Zetrr stops sending for that account straight away, waits out a cooldown, and comes back at a slower pace that builds up gradually.
One message per person per post
Each person gets one DM and one public reply per post, on their first comment, even when two automations cover the same post. A message whose delivery is uncertain is never sent twice: a duplicate is worse than a miss.
You stay in control
Pause an automation and it starts nothing new; delete it and everything stops. When you reply to someone yourself, their queued follow-ups are cancelled. Public replies rotate through your own wording, and for creators in California or Germany, where the law requires automated chats to say so, Zetrr adds that disclosure automatically.
What to look for in any Instagram DM automation tool
Whichever tool you choose, check these six things. Zetrr Automation does all of them.
- It connects with Instagram’s official login and never asks for your password.
- It is a Meta Tech Provider or Meta Business Partner.
- It only replies to people who interacted with you first. No cold DMs.
- It paces its sending and stops when Instagram signals a limit.
- It never sends the same person duplicate messages.
- It lets you pause at once and step in by hand.
Questions
Is Zetrr Automation safe for my Instagram account?
Zetrr is built to stay inside Instagram’s rules: Instagram’s official login as a verified Meta Tech Provider, messages only to people who reached out first, sending capped below the limit Meta documents, and an automatic stop when Instagram signals a limit. No tool can promise Instagram will never restrict an account, so send messages people asked for.
Does Zetrr need my Instagram password?
No. You connect on Instagram’s own login screen, and Zetrr never sees your password. You can disconnect Zetrr at any time.
Will Zetrr DM people who never contacted me?
No. Zetrr only replies to comments, story replies and messages people send you, within the windows Instagram allows.
What happens if Instagram slows my account down?
Zetrr stops sending for that account as soon as Instagram signals it, waits, then resumes at a slower pace that builds back up. You don’t need to do anything.
Is Zetrr approved by Meta?
Zetrr is a verified Meta Tech Provider. Meta reviewed and approved the permissions it uses to send messages on your behalf, and it uses only Meta’s official APIs.
Meta’s rules these follow
- Meta: Graph API rate limits (Instagram messaging)
- Meta: Private replies
- Meta: Instagram API with Instagram Login, sending messages
Instagram decides what any account may send, and its rules change. Zetrr follows Meta’s published limits and adjusts when they change. Questions about your account? Ask us on the contact page.
