By accessing or using Zetrr (“the Platform”), operated by Zetrr (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zetrr governing your access to and use of our all-in-one creator platform, including all subdomains, applications, APIs, and services we provide.

Zetrr is an all-in-one creator operating system that provides tools for building forms, managing content pipelines, automating workflows, running giveaways, generating invoices, planning content calendars, and more (collectively, the “Service”).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts of the Service without liability.

To access most features of Zetrr, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your password confidential and accept all responsibility for activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) that access the Service in a manner that imposes unreasonable load.
• Circumvent any security measures or rate-limiting we have in place.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, if we determine you have violated this section.

Our IP: All content, designs, features, software, and intellectual property of Zetrr are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you create and upload to the Platform (“User Content”). By using Zetrr, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Form Builder Output: Any forms, landing pages, or materials you build using Zetrr are your intellectual property. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of form elements, branding, and third-party assets complies with applicable law.

Certain features of Zetrr require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at checkout, in the currency shown.
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• Provide valid, up-to-date payment information and promptly update it when necessary.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Subscription changes (upgrades/downgrades/cancellations) take effect at the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice posted on the Platform or sent to your registered email.

Zetrr may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, social media platforms, email providers, Instagram APIs). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party services.

Your use of third-party services, including any data you share with them, is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to Zetrr.

We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant downtime.

We offer no Service Level Agreement (SLA) for free-tier users. Paid subscribers are entitled to the SLA terms corresponding to their plan, if any are published separately.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or completely reliable. You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZETRR AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if anything) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zetrr and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Service.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

By you: You may cancel your account at any time through the Account Settings in the Platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activity, or posed a security risk to the Platform or its users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that reasonably should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at legal@zetrr.com. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, business practices, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will:

• Post the revised Terms on this page with a updated “Last updated” date.
• Send an email notification to the address associated with your account (for significant changes).
• Update the “Last modified” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
