What is Zetrr?

Zetrr is one account containing several creator tools that share a single workspace, team and login: Planner for content, BioLink for your link-in-bio page, Forms, Opener for smart deep links, Invoice, Giveaways, Automation for Instagram DMs, and Agency for talent managers. Instead of paying for and switching between separate products, you run them from one dashboard.

Which apps are available right now?

Planner, Forms, Opener, BioLink and Invoice are fully available. Giveaways and Automation are in beta and in day-to-day use. Agency is in alpha. A CRM and a chat app appear in the dashboard as planned, but they are not built yet — you will see a placeholder rather than a working app.

Do I need a team to use Zetrr?

Accepted Answer

No. Most people use Zetrr on their own. A workspace is created for you automatically on first sign-in, and you only need to invite anyone if you actually want to collaborate.

How do I sign in?

Accepted Answer

On the web you can sign in with an email and password, or with Google. The iOS and macOS apps additionally support Sign in with Apple. Email signups get a verification link, and you can reset your password from the sign-in page at any time.

Which app should I start with?

Accepted Answer

Planner is the flagship and the deepest app — it is where most people start, and it is the only one with native iPhone, Android and Mac apps. If you came for a link-in-bio page, start with BioLink instead; both live in the same dashboard, so you can add the others later without a new account.

What does Planner actually do?

Planner takes an idea from capture to published. You get kanban boards and a table view, customisable pipeline stages, a rich script editor, to-dos with due dates and reminders, a saved-ideas inbox, per-board chat, and analytics — all scoped to your workspace so teammates see the same boards.

Can I see the history of a script I wrote?

Yes. The script editor keeps version history per field. Versions you name are kept as milestones indefinitely; unnamed autosaved versions are kept for the most recent 50. You can open any earlier version and restore it.

Can I record voice notes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can attach voice notes to cards and to saved ideas from the web app, the iPhone and Android apps, and the Chrome extension. They sync to the same card everywhere.

How do I save an idea from my phone or browser?

Accepted Answer

Install the Chrome extension to save a link, screenshot, voice note or idea from any page, or use the iOS Shortcut to save from the iPhone share sheet. Both authenticate with a scoped capture token you generate in Planner settings — you never put your account password into them, and a token can be revoked on its own.

Does Planner sync with Google Calendar?

Partially. Planner can push your scheduled to-dos into Google Calendar as events. The sync is one-way — Zetrr writes to Google, but events you create in Google do not come back into Planner.

Can my team discuss work inside a board?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each board has a chat with @mentions, reactions, pinned messages, read receipts, and an approval request type for signing off on work. Mentions trigger a notification to the people you tag in that workspace.

What can I build with BioLink?

Accepted Answer

BioLink is a full link-in-bio mini-site rather than just a list of links. There are 26 block types covering links, media, text, layout, contact forms and email capture, plus 66 starting templates across 13 categories. You get view and click analytics, including per-item clicks inside collections.

Can I use my own domain for my BioLink page?

Accepted Answer

Custom domains are supported and connect through a real DNS verification flow, but the feature is currently gated: it is off by default and has to be approved for your workspace. If you need it, get in touch and we can enable it for your account.

Does the shop block process payments?

Accepted Answer

No. The collection and shop blocks are a storefront presentation — searchable, paginated, categorised product cards that link out to wherever the item is actually sold. Zetrr does not take payments or handle checkout for those items.

Question 15

What is Opener and how is it different from a normal link?

Accepted Answer

Opener turns a normal URL into a deep link that opens directly in the destination's native app instead of a mobile browser, which removes the step where someone has to find your content again inside the app. It covers 42 platforms, and falls back to the web page when a platform is not supported.

What do I get with each Opener link?

Accepted Answer

Every link gets a downloadable QR code, an optional custom slug, and click analytics broken down by operating system, device, browser, country and referrer. You can also create up to 10 named UTM channels per link to see which placement drove the traffic. Automated and bot traffic is filtered out of the numbers.

What field types can I use in a form?

The builder palette has 24 field types: text inputs, choice inputs, date and time, a booking scheduler, country selector, masked inputs, file and image uploads, star ratings, and a raw HTML block. You build by dragging fields onto the canvas, with undo and redo.

Does Forms support conditional logic or branching?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Zetrr Forms currently uses the classic drag-and-drop builder, where every respondent sees the same fields. The flow builder with branching logic is shown in the app as coming soon and is not available to use — if branching is essential to you today, Zetrr Forms is not the right fit yet.

Question 19

How do file uploads and exports work?

Add an image or file upload field and respondents can attach files up to 25 MB, stored against the submission. You can review submissions in the dashboard and export them, along with your form analytics, as CSV.

What does Zetrr Invoice cover?

Accepted Answer

Client management, saved line items you reuse across invoices, your logo and signature, shareable invoice pages, and earnings tracking. Invoices can be issued in five currencies: INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED.

How does tax work on invoices?

Accepted Answer

The tax engine is built for Indian GST. It handles CGST, SGST and IGST and works out intra-state versus inter-state automatically from the client's state. There is no general VAT or US sales-tax model yet, so outside India you would add tax as a manual line item.

Can Zetrr email invoices or send them on a schedule?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. You download the PDF (generated in your browser) or share the invoice link, and send it yourself. Automatic invoice emails and recurring invoices are not built yet.

How does giveaway winner picking work?

Accepted Answer

Connect your Instagram account, paste the giveaway post URL, and Zetrr fetches the comments. You then apply rules — require a hashtag, require a mention, require a minimum number of tagged friends, exclude duplicate entries, and block specific usernames — and Zetrr picks a winner at random from the entries that qualify, using a cryptographic random source. Every qualifying entry has the same chance of being drawn.

Can Zetrr check whether entrants followed or liked the post?

Accepted Answer

No, and we would rather say so plainly. Instagram's API does not expose who follows an account or who liked a post, so no tool can verify those requirements reliably. Zetrr only applies rules it can genuinely check from the comments themselves — hashtags, mentions, tagged-friend counts, duplicates and your block list.

Is there bot or fake-account detection?

Not in the sense of scoring accounts. There is no account-age check, profile-picture check or bot model, because the comment data Instagram returns does not include that information. What you get is rule-based filtering: duplicate removal, required hashtags and mentions, a minimum tag count, and a manual block list you control.

How is the winner announced?

If you switch on the announcement option, Zetrr replies to each winner's comment using a message template you can customise. The reply is best effort — Instagram can refuse it, for example if comments are turned off on the post. It does not send the winner a DM — Zetrr Giveaways only requests Instagram's comment permissions, so it has no ability to message anyone.

What can Zetrr Automation do?

It replies automatically to Instagram activity: comments on a post, story replies, story mentions, and DM keywords. You can match keywords exactly, by contains or starts-with, with optional fuzzy matching for typos. It supports a follow-gate, up to three follow-up messages including voice notes, message variations to avoid repetition, automatic opt-out on STOP, and a Priority Comments inbox that surfaces real questions worth a human reply.

Are there limits on how many messages Automation can send?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and they come from Meta rather than from us. A private reply to a comment can only be sent within 7 days of that comment and only once per comment; ordinary DMs need an open 24-hour messaging window. Meta's documented ceiling is 750 private replies per hour and Zetrr paces below that for safety. New accounts run at reduced volume for the first 48 hours, and if Instagram flags activity Zetrr backs off automatically before trying again.

Do I need a Facebook Page to connect Instagram?

No. Zetrr uses Instagram's own login, so you connect the Instagram professional account directly without linking a Facebook Page.

What roles can teammates have?

Accepted Answer

There are four roles — owner, admin, editor and viewer — plus per-app access on top, so each member can be set to edit, view or no access for each individual app. That lets you give a contractor edit rights on Planner only, with no visibility into Invoice.

What can an owner do that an admin cannot?

Accepted Answer

Admins can invite people, revoke invites, rename the workspace and remove editors and viewers. Only the owner can change someone's role or app access, manage billing, transfer ownership, or delete the workspace. The owner cannot be removed or demoted by anyone else.

How do invites work?

Accepted Answer

You invite by email address and the invite is locked to that address — someone else cannot accept it. Invites expire after 7 days. The person does not need a Zetrr account first; signing up through the invite link puts them straight into your workspace.

What access does someone get the moment they join?

Accepted Answer

Worth knowing before you invite a client: a newly accepted member currently starts with edit access across the apps, and the owner then narrows it down per app. If someone should be read-only, set their app access immediately after they accept rather than assuming the role alone restricts them.

Can I belong to more than one workspace?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can create additional workspaces and switch between them from the dashboard, and you can be a member of workspaces other people own. Your content is scoped to whichever workspace is active. You cannot delete your last remaining workspace.

Is every app shared with my whole team?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — this is an honest gap. Planner, Invoice, Automation, BioLink and Agency are workspace-scoped, so teammates see shared content. Forms, Opener and Giveaways are still per-user today, meaning each member sees only what they created. Bringing the remaining apps onto workspace sharing is in progress.

Are there native apps?

Yes, for Planner. There is an iPhone and iPad app on the App Store, an Android app on Google Play, and a Mac app you download directly from our site which updates itself. The other Zetrr apps are web-only for now.

Are there browser extensions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Chrome extension is on the Chrome Web Store and lets you save a link, screenshot, voice note or idea into Planner from any page, with a tag picker and a keyboard shortcut. A Safari extension is built with the same features apart from voice recording.

Do the apps work offline?

Accepted Answer

The iPhone and Android apps do. They cache your boards for offline reading and queue anything you create or change while you are offline, then sync it automatically when the connection comes back.

Are there home-screen widgets?

Accepted Answer

Only on Mac at the moment, where you get desktop widgets that show today's tasks and let you tick them off without opening the app, plus a menu bar item. Widgets for iPhone and Android are not shipped yet.

Will I get push notifications?

Accepted Answer

On iPhone and iPad, yes — mentions and reminders arrive as push notifications. The Mac app raises notifications locally while it is running. Android push is not enabled yet, so notifications there appear when you open the app.

What does Zetrr cost?

Accepted Answer

The first 12 months are free, and after that it is a flat ₹300 per month for everything — all apps, not a per-app price. You do not need to enter a credit card to start, and there is no trial countdown running in the background.

Is billing switched on yet?

Accepted Answer

No. Paid checkout is not live, so nobody is being charged today and no payment details are collected. We will announce plans clearly before any billing begins — you will not be charged by surprise at the end of the free period.

What happens to my data when the free period ends?

Nothing is deleted automatically. Your boards, pages, invoices, links and submissions stay in your account. If you decide not to continue, you can export what you need as CSV or delete your account yourself at any time.

Where can I read the billing terms?

The Terms of Service page has the authoritative billing and refund terms, and the Privacy Policy covers how payment information would be handled once billing is enabled. Where anything here and those pages disagree, the Terms are what apply.

Where is my data stored?

Application data lives in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in Mumbai, India. Uploaded media is served from Cloudflare R2 on media.zetrr.com, and form upload attachments are stored in managed object storage alongside the database. If data residency matters for your work, note that the primary region is India.

Can other Zetrr users see my content?

No. Every table is protected by row-level security, so requests are constrained to your own account and workspace at the database level rather than only in application code. Other customers cannot read your rows.

Can Zetrr staff see my data?

Accepted Answer

We will be straight about this rather than overclaim: no other customer can reach your data, but Zetrr operates the database, so staff with administrative access can technically reach stored data. Access is limited to what is needed to run and support the service and is governed by our Privacy Policy. Anyone promising that operators are technically incapable of seeing your data is overstating how hosted software works.

Do you train AI models on my content?

No. Zetrr does not send your content to any AI or language-model provider — there is no such integration in the product at all. The keyword matching in Automation is rule-based, not AI.

What analytics do you run?

Accepted Answer

We use PostHog, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and these run inside the signed-in dashboard as well as on the marketing site. Clarity includes session replay, which records how pages are interacted with. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and how to opt out.

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your settings, and it takes effect immediately rather than after a waiting period — you confirm by typing DELETE. If you are the only owner of a workspace that still has other members, transfer ownership or remove them first, otherwise the deletion is blocked to avoid stranding your team.

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Partly. Form submissions and analytics, BioLink submissions, Automation analytics and Invoice earnings can each be exported as CSV from their dashboards. There is no single account-wide export covering every app yet, so treat exports as per-app for now.

Is two-factor authentication available?

Accepted Answer

Not for normal user accounts yet — sign-in is email and password or Google, and Google accounts can enforce 2FA on their side. Two-factor authentication for Zetrr accounts is on the list.
