Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nothing is shipped
Zetrr Pvt. Ltd. sells Zetrr as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
2. How you receive what you buy
- Everything you buy is delivered online, to your Zetrr account on zetrr.com and in the Zetrr apps.
- A paid plan is switched on as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within a minute. A free trial starts as soon as you confirm it.
- Razorpay emails you a receipt for every payment, and Settings → Billing shows your plan, its renewal date and the apps it includes.
If your plan is not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, write to support@zetrr.com with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We activate it within 1 business day, or refund the payment in full if we cannot.
3. Where Zetrr is available
Zetrr works in any modern web browser, anywhere with an internet connection. Paid plans on zetrr.com are currently sold in Indian rupees (INR).
