To create a form, click Create form, give it a name and click Create form again to open the builder. Drag fields onto the form, edit each one in the panel on the right, and click Publish when it’s ready. Your form stays a private draft until you publish it.

Zetrr Forms is a drag-and-drop form builder for enquiries, project briefs, feedback and bookings. Here's how to build your first form.

Create a form#

  1. In Zetrr Forms, open Forms and click Create form.
  2. Under Give your form a name, type a Form name, for example Creator partnership request. You can change it later.
  3. Keep Classic builder selected. Flow builder is marked Coming soon.
  4. Click Create form. The builder opens.

Add fields#

  1. In the Fields panel on the left, drag a field onto the form, or click it to add it. Use Search fields… to find one quickly.
  2. Click a field on the form to edit it in the panel on the right.
  3. Change its label, Placeholder and Helper text.
  4. Turn on Required if respondents must answer it.
  5. For Multiple Choice, Checkboxes and Dropdown, edit the Options and click Add option for more.

Each field on the form has buttons to Duplicate it, Add field below, Drag to reorder and Delete. On a phone, tap Add fields to open the field list and Settings to edit the selected field.

See The field types you can use for every field.

Set up the form itself#

Click an empty part of the form to open Form settings. Here you can change the Form title, add a Description under the title, and set the Submit button text with its Background and Text colours.

Under Pages, open Thank-you page to choose what people see after they submit:

  • a Title and a message,
  • an optional Action button, with its Button text,
  • a Redirect URL (optional) for that button. Leave it empty and the button refreshes the form.

Preview and save#

Click Preview to try the form, and switch between Desktop and Mobile. The builder saves about a second after each change and shows Saved. If a save fails, it shows Not saved, so you know to try again. Undo and Redo step through your edits.

Publish#

When the form is ready, click Publish. Zetrr saves it, makes it live and shows you the link. See Share your form with a link, QR code or embed.

Questions

Does Forms support conditional logic or branching?

Not yet. Forms uses the Classic builder, where every respondent sees the same fields. The Flow builder for branching and multi-step forms is marked as coming soon.

Do respondents need a Zetrr account?

No. Anyone with the link to a published form can fill it in and submit it without signing in.

Can I edit a form after publishing it?

Yes. Open it in the builder and make your changes. They save automatically, and the live form shows the saved version to new visitors.
