Need a brief, a media kit or a photo? Add an upload field to your form in Zetrr Forms.
Add an upload field#
- Open your form in the builder.
- In the Fields panel, find Media & Input.
- Drag File Upload or Image onto the form.
- Click the field and give it a clear label, such as Upload your brief.
- Use Helper text to say what you'd like people to send.
- Turn on Required if every respondent must attach something.
Uploads only work on published forms, so publish the form when it's ready.
What people can upload#
- File Upload: PDF, Word (.doc and .docx), Excel (.xls and .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt and .pptx), plain text (.txt) and CSV.
- Image: JPEG, PNG and HEIC photos.
Each upload field takes one file, up to 4 MB. The form says so before anyone picks a file. Respondents can remove a file and choose another before they submit. If you need several files, add one upload field for each.
Find the files people sent#
- In Zetrr Forms, open Responses.
- Open the response.
- Click Download Attachment next to the file. Images can also be opened straight from the response.
See See and export responses for searching and exporting.
Signatures#
A Signature field lets people draw their signature with a finger or mouse instead of uploading a file. On the response, click Download signature to save it.
Look after what you collect#
Uploaded files can include personal details. Ask only for what you need, and tell people how you'll use it. A Consent field is a simple way to get their agreement before they submit. Zetrr's privacy policy explains how Zetrr handles data.
