Every submission to your published forms lands in Responses in Zetrr Forms.
Find a response#
- In Zetrr Forms, open Responses.
- Type in Search submissions to find a name, email or answer.
- Choose a date range: All time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or This month.
- Use Filter by form to see one form, or All forms.
- Click a response to open it.
The list shows each response's Form source, Respondent, a Preview of the answers and the Timestamp. Click Timestamp to switch between newest and oldest first. Choose 10 / page, 25 / page or 50 / page at the bottom, and click Refresh to load anything new.
At the top you'll see Total submissions, This month, Completion rate, Avg. submit time and Published forms.
Open one response#
The Submission Detail page shows every answer. Files people uploaded have a Download Attachment button, and signatures have Download signature. See Let people upload files.
Export responses#
- Set the filters you want, such as one form and a date range.
- Click Export CSV.
The CSV includes up to the first 1,000 responses that match your filters. If you have more, export in parts, for example one date range at a time. If nothing matches, Zetrr says Nothing to export.
Get an email for each response#
- In Zetrr Forms, open Settings.
- Under Notifications, turn on Email on new submission.
- Click Save Settings.
Zetrr then emails the person who created the form, at their Zetrr account email, each time someone submits it.
See how your forms perform#
Analytics shows views, responses and conversion for all your forms, with its own Export CSV. For one form, open its card and choose View analytics. You'll see Tracked views, Stored responses, Responses per view, Form starts, where views came from, devices and browsers, Average time to submit and Recent activity.
