Zetrr Giveaways picks random winners from the comments on one of your own Instagram posts or reels.
Before you start#
- You need an Instagram professional account.
- The post must belong to the account you connect, and be one of its 500 most recent posts.
- Publish your giveaway rules on the post first, so entrants know what counts.
Connect Instagram#
- Open Zetrr Giveaways.
- Click Connect Instagram.
- Log in on Instagram and allow access.

Set up the giveaway#
The setup has three steps: Select Post, Entry Rules and Pick Winners.
- Paste the post's link into Paste Instagram post URL here…, or choose it from your recent posts.
- Click Continue to Rules.
- Add any entry rules, such as a Required hashtag or Minimum @mentions. See Set entry rules for your giveaway.
- Click Review Giveaway.
- Set the number of Winners, up to 50 per draw.
- Add Prizes if you like. Each winner's prize shows in the reveal.
- Turn on Announce winners on the post if Zetrr should reply to each winning comment.
- Check the Instagram promotion checklist.
- Click Launch Giveaway.
Watch the draw#
Zetrr shows Collecting entries with a live count while it reads the comments. A big giveaway takes longer. If you refresh the page, it picks up where it stopped.
When it's done, you'll see Comments scanned, Eligible entries and Excluded / deduped, then a 10-second reveal of the winners. The winners are already drawn before the countdown starts. Click CLAIM RESULTS to finish. Every winner is saved in Past Winners.
If no comment matches your rules, you'll see No eligible entries. Click BACK TO SETUP, loosen the rules and run it again.
If Instagram asks you to reconnect#
Instagram access lasts for a limited time, and Zetrr renews it for you. Settings shows Connected on and Renews on. If access expires, Zetrr shows Reconnect your Instagram. Click Reconnect Instagram and log in again.
