See clicks on your links

In short

Open Analytics in Zetrr Opener to see clicks across all your links by period, link, source, country, device and browser. For one link, click View analytics next to it. Bots and link previews are not counted, and quick repeat visits count once.

Opener records every click on your links, so you can see which links work and where your clicks come from.

  1. In Zetrr Opener, open Analytics.
  2. Choose 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or All time. Click Refresh for the latest numbers.

At the top you'll see Total clicks, Unique networks, Smart-link clicks and App-link clicks, with a chart of Click activity. Below that:

  • Clicks by link: clicks for each link, split into iOS, Android and Other OS. Search or sort the list.
  • Discovery: Sources and Channels that sent clicks.
  • Locations: top countries.
  • Technology: OS, Devices and Browsers.
  • App-link destinations: whether App Link visitors went to a store, a fallback web link or the desktop page.

Click View analytics next to a link, or View stats right after you create one. Link analytics shows its all-time Total clicks, Unique networks, Successful redirects and In-app browsers.

Channels give one link a separate tracked version for each place you post it.

  1. Click Advanced controls next to the link.
  2. Under Channels & UTM tracking, type a channel name and click Add, or use Quick add for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn or Email.
  3. Click Save channels.
  4. Click Copy next to a channel and use that version of the link in that place.

You can add up to 10 channels per link. Their clicks show under Channels.

How clicks are counted#

  • Bots and link-preview checks aren't counted.
  • Repeat visits from the same network to the same link within 5 minutes count once.
  • Unique networks counts different network addresses, not people.
  • A successful redirect doesn't confirm that the app opened or was installed.

Questions

Why are my Opener clicks lower than I expected?

Opener leaves out bots, link previews and repeat visits from the same network within 5 minutes, so its numbers can be lower than other tools.

Does a QR code scan count as a click?

Yes. A scan opens the same link, so it is counted like any other click.
