Cancel on zetrr.com#
You can cancel at any time.
- Open Settings and select Billing.
- On your plan card, select Cancel. During an autopay free trial, the button reads Cancel autopay.
- Confirm with Cancel subscription (or Cancel autopay).
Zetrr confirms that nothing more will be charged and shows the date your access continues until.
You can also cancel the autopay mandate from your UPI app or your bank. Zetrr treats that the same way.
What happens next#
- Paid plan: nothing more is charged, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- Free trial with autopay: the mandate is cancelled at once, your free days continue and nothing is charged.
- A renewal payment that failed: the subscription ends at once and no further payment is attempted.
Cancelling doesn't delete anything. Your workspaces and content stay in your account.
Changing to a different plan#
Plans can't be switched in place. Instead:
- Cancel your current plan as above. You keep access until the paid period ends.
- Choose the new plan under Settings → Billing.
The new plan's first charge is scheduled for the day your current paid period ends, unless that's less than 2 days away. You aren't charged twice for the same days.
Bought through the App Store or Google Play?#
Purchases made in an app store are managed in your app store account. Cancel them there; cancelling on zetrr.com or deleting your Zetrr account doesn't cancel them.
