Use more than one workspace

Create a workspace#

1. In the dashboard, select your workspace name at the top (it's labelled Current workspace).
2. Select New workspace.
3. Type a Workspace name, such as a studio or client name.
4. Select Create workspace.

Zetrr opens the new workspace, and you're its owner.

Switch between workspaces#

1. Select your workspace name at the top of the dashboard.
2. Under Switch to, select the workspace you want. Each one shows your role there.

The page reloads with that workspace's content.

What stays separate#

• Content: what you see in each app follows the workspace you're in.
• Team: each workspace has its own members, roles and app access.
• Instagram: Automation connects one Instagram account per workspace. To automate a second account, give it its own workspace.
• Plan: a plan bought on zetrr.com covers the workspace that was active when you bought it.

When someone invites you to their workspace, it's added to your list too.

Delete a workspace#

Only the owner can delete a workspace, and you need at least one other workspace first.

1. Switch to the workspace you want to delete.
2. Open Settings and select Workspace.
3. Under Danger Zone, select Delete this workspace.
4. Type the workspace name to confirm.
5. Select Delete permanently.
