When Zetrr refunds a payment#
- The platform doesn't work. An app or feature you paid for doesn't work because of a fault on Zetrr's side, and it isn't fixed within 7 days of your report. Zetrr then cancels that subscription and refunds the unused days of the current billing period, counted from the day you reported the problem.
- A billing error. You were charged twice for the same period, charged after your cancellation took effect, or charged more than the amount shown before you paid. The incorrect amount is refunded in full.
- Where the law requires a refund.
When there's no refund#
- A change of mind.
- Unused time or features, or part of a billing period.
- A renewal that wasn't cancelled before its date.
- A problem caused by Instagram, Meta or another third-party service, or by changes they make to their platforms.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.
How to ask for a refund#
- Email support@zetrr.com from your Zetrr account email, within 30 days of the payment.
- Include the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.
- Describe the problem in a few lines.
Zetrr replies within 2 business days and tells you the decision within 5 business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Avoid paying for a renewal you don't want#
A plan renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. Cancel before the renewal date in Settings → Billing. See Cancel your Zetrr plan or autopay.
The full rules are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
