Plans and billing
- Plans and prices in India and worldwideEvery Zetrr app together costs ₹299 a month in India and US$49.99 a month everywhere else. Zetrr Planner is free for you and your team, other single apps start at ₹49 a month in India, and the free plan includes 2,000 Instagram DMs a month and a bio link page.
- How the free trial worksYour free trial starts when you create your Zetrr account. It unlocks every app, needs no card, and nothing is charged when it ends: you move to the free plan and keep all your content. Settings → Billing shows how many days you have left.
- Cancel your Zetrr plan or autopayOpen Settings → Billing and select Cancel (during an autopay free trial the button reads Cancel autopay). Nothing more is charged, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your workspaces and content are not deleted.
- When can I get a refund?Zetrr payments aren’t refundable once made, with three exceptions: an app you paid for doesn’t work because of a fault on Zetrr’s side that isn’t fixed within 7 days of your report, a billing error, or where the law requires a refund. Ask within 30 days of the payment by emailing support@zetrr.com.
Teams
- Invite teammates to your workspaceOwners and admins invite people from Settings → Team → Invite team member. Enter their email, choose what they can do and which apps they can open, then select Send invitation. The invite works only for that email address and expires after seven days.
- Roles and per-app accessEvery teammate has a role: Owner, Admin, Manager, Editor or Viewer. Managers, editors and viewers also have per-app access you set to No access, Can view or Can edit, while admins get every app. Only the owner can change roles and app access.
- Use more than one workspaceYou can create or join several workspaces, for example one per brand or client, and switch between them from the workspace name at the top of your dashboard. Each workspace has its own content, team and Instagram connection. You always keep at least one workspace.
Security and privacy
- Keep your Zetrr account secureZetrr doesn’t offer two-step sign-in (two-factor authentication) for standard accounts yet. To add a second step today, sign in with Google and turn on 2-Step Verification for your Google account. Use a password of at least 8 characters, and change it if you think someone knows it: that signs out your other devices.
- Your data and privacyZetrr’s main database and servers are hosted in Mumbai, India, and the files you upload are stored on Cloudflare’s storage network. Zetrr doesn’t sell your personal data or use it for advertising. Teammates see only the apps you give them, and you can delete your account at any time.
- Export your data from ZetrrThere isn’t one export that covers every Zetrr app yet. Each app exports its own data instead: form responses, BioLink submissions and analytics, Automation leads and analytics, and Invoice income and expenses as CSV files, plus invoices as PDFs. For a copy of all your personal data, email privacy@zetrr.com.
- Delete your Zetrr accountOpen Settings → General, select Delete account, tick the box, type DELETE and select Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account and the workspaces only you own are erased across every Zetrr app. If you own a workspace that has other members, transfer ownership first.
