Where your data is stored#

The main application database and Zetrr's servers are hosted in Mumbai, India. Files you upload are stored on Cloudflare's storage network. The Privacy Policy lists every provider and explains international transfers.

Who can see your content#

  • You.
  • Your teammates, in the apps you give them access to. Admins see every app.
  • Anyone you share with. Public pages and shared links, such as your BioLink page, a form link or an invoice link, are visible to the people who open them.
  • Authorised Zetrr staff, only when needed to run the service, resolve a support request you raise, or investigate abuse or a security incident. They use a dedicated review environment, temporarily and only for that purpose.

What Zetrr doesn't do#

  • Zetrr doesn't sell your personal data.
  • Zetrr doesn't use your personal data for advertising.
  • Zetrr doesn't train AI models on your content, or on the messages, comments and contact details of the people who interact with you, and doesn't send them to AI services.
  • Automation isn't an AI chatbot. It uses rule-based keyword matching to send the messages you write.

Analytics on the website#

The website and dashboard use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how they're used and to find problems. Clarity's session replays mask all text in the dashboard before anything leaves your browser, so they show where people click but never your messages, contacts, form responses or invoices. Clarity doesn't run at all on the pages you publish for your audience: your BioLink page, forms, shared invoices and links. The Zetrr phone and Mac apps don't include these analytics tools.

Instagram data#

Zetrr only reads Instagram data after you connect an account and allow it. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Automation and Giveaways process limited information about the people who interact with you, only to run the features you set up.

  • DMs aren't kept. What someone writes or sends to your account is deleted within 24 hours of arriving. Only a record that a message arrived (who sent it, when, and whether an automation answered) stays, for 30 days.
  • Kept until you delete them: comments on the posts you connect, contact details people choose to send you, and the brand inquiries in your Collabs inbox (at most 12 months).
  • Deleted on their own: giveaway entrant comments, 7 days after a run.
  • Anyone can stop your automated messages by replying STOP. See How Zetrr connects to Instagram.

Your rights#

Depending on where you live, you can ask Zetrr to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit how it's used, or send it to you in a machine-readable format. Email privacy@zetrr.com. Verified requests are answered within 30 days.

You can also delete your account yourself at any time. See Delete your Zetrr account, or Export your data from Zetrr first.
