Before you start#
- Export what you want to keep. Zetrr can't recover your data afterwards. See Export your data from Zetrr.
- Transfer shared workspaces. If you own a workspace that has other members, transfer ownership first from Settings → Team → Transfer ownership. Otherwise deletion is blocked, so your teammates don't lose their data.
- Autopay is cancelled for you. Deleting your account cancels any active autopay first, so nothing is charged afterwards.
- App store subscriptions aren't. Cancel anything bought through the App Store or Google Play in your app store account.
Delete your account#
- Sign in at zetrr.com.
- Open Settings and stay on the General tab.
- Scroll to Delete account and select Delete account.
- Tick I understand this is permanent and will erase all of my data.
- Type DELETE in the box.
- Select Delete my account.
You're signed out, and your account is gone. You can also delete your account from Settings → Delete account in the Zetrr Planner mobile app.
What gets deleted#
- Your profile, login and workspace memberships.
- Workspaces you own alone, with their files.
- Planner boards, cards, scripts, to-dos, saved ideas, notes and voice notes.
- Media you uploaded, and team chat messages.
- Opener links and their click analytics.
- Invoices, clients and saved line items.
- Forms, giveaways and automation settings.
What Zetrr keeps#
Zetrr may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as invoice and payment records for tax. Records kept for legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention reasons are deleted after up to 90 days, unless the law requires longer. Anything you shared publicly may still exist in copies outside Zetrr's control.
