When you pause an automation, it stops starting new conversations but finishes the ones already open.
Pause one automation#
- Open Automations.
- Open the automation’s ⋯ menu.
- Select Pause.
No new conversations start. People already in one still get their next steps, including follow-ups. Zetrr cancels any first DMs and public replies still waiting, and the row shows Paused.
To turn it back on, open the ⋯ menu and select Activate. New comments are answered again. For comments that arrived while it was paused, use Recover missed DMs within Instagram’s 7-day window.
Delete an automation#
- Open the automation’s ⋯ menu.
- Select Delete, then Delete again to confirm.
Deleting stops everything for that automation, follow-ups included. People it already won as followers stay counted in Followers Gained. If you don’t see Delete, ask the workspace owner or an admin.
Disconnect Instagram#
Only the workspace owner sees this.
- Open Settings in Automation.
- Under Connected Account, select Disconnect.
- Select Disconnect to confirm.
All automations pause right away. Your automations, message history, analytics and leads stay saved; reconnect the account any time and they pick up where they left off. Zetrr clears the Collabs inbox and saved fan profile photos.
Delete the connection and all its data#
Only the workspace owner sees this, and it can’t be undone.
- Open Settings in Automation.
- Under Delete connection & all data, select Delete connection & data.
- Type delete and select Delete everything.
This disconnects Instagram and erases everything Zetrr built on the account: automations and their history, queued DMs, message history, Top Fans, opt-outs, collected leads, Priority Comments, the Collabs inbox and follower-growth history.
Removing Zetrr inside Instagram#
If Zetrr is removed from the account inside Instagram, Automation stops too, and shows that Zetrr was removed. Connect again to resume.
For your whole Zetrr account, see Delete your account.
