Zetrr Invoice prints your business details on every invoice, so it asks for them before you create your first one. If you open the editor too early, you'll see Complete your Business Profile first and a Go to Business Profile button.
Complete your business profile#
- In Zetrr Invoice, open Settings.
- On the Business tab, type your Business Name. It's the only required field.
- Add your Email, Phone and Address, including City, Country, State / Province / Region and PIN code / ZIP code.
- Under Logo, upload your logo (PNG, JPG or SVG). Keep it under 4 MB; a logo rarely needs more than a few hundred KB.
- Under Signature, choose Draw and click Save Signature, or choose Upload to add an image.
- Click Complete Setup.
After setup, your changes save on their own. The label next to the button shows Saving…, Saved or Unsaved changes, and Save Changes saves straight away.
Add how clients can pay you#
Open the Payment tab.
- Under Bank accounts, click Add bank account.
- Fill in Bank name, Account holder name and Account number. IFSC code (optional), Branch (optional) and Nickname (optional) are there if you need them.
- Click Save bank account.
You can save up to 20 accounts. Your first one becomes the default, and Make default switches it. New invoices start with the default, and you can pick another account on each invoice. Editing a saved account never rewrites invoices you've already made.
Under Other payment options you can add a UPI ID, a Payment QR image (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 2 MB) and a PayPal Email. These are defaults for new invoices.
Add your tax details#
On the Tax tab, tick I have a GSTIN (GST registered) and enter your GSTIN if you're registered. You can only charge GST once your GSTIN is saved. Add your PAN Number if you want it printed, and set a Default Tax Rate (%). Read How GST works on your invoices for what Zetrr calculates.
Set your invoice defaults#
The Preferences tab holds Invoice numbering, Default Due Days (7, 15, 30, 45 or 60 days), Default Currency (INR, USD, EUR, GBP or AED), Default Notes and Default Terms & Conditions. New invoices start with these, and you can change them on each invoice. Numbering has its own guide: Invoice numbers and financial years.
Next step: Create an invoice.
