Get started
- Get started with Zetrr PlannerZetrr Planner is a free content planner for creators and their teams. Open Planner from your Zetrr dashboard, add a card for each piece of content, write its script, and move the card through your board's stages until it's published.
- Planner on iPhone, iPad, Mac and AndroidZetrr Planner has native apps for iPhone and iPad (iOS 18 or later), Android (8.0 or later) and Mac (macOS 14 or later). Sign in with your Zetrr account and your boards, scripts, Saved ideas and to-dos sync with Planner on the web.
- Save ideas from any app on your phoneInstall the Zetrr Planner app on your iPhone, iPad or Android phone and sign in. Then tap Share on any reel, video or link, choose Zetrr Planner, add a note or tags if you like, and tap Save. The idea lands in Saved on every device.
- Save ideas from Chrome or SafariInstall the Zetrr Planner Capture extension, create a capture token in Planner Settings and paste it into the extension. Then click the extension, or press Alt+Z, on any page to save its link with a note, tags, a screenshot or a voice note to Saved.
Plan and write
- Use the content board and its stagesYour board shows a card for each piece of content, in a column for each stage of production. Add a card with New Card or the + at the top of a column, drag it between stages as the work moves on, and click Published when it's done to move it to the Archive.
- Add and rename board stagesOpen Planner Settings and use Pipeline Stages to add, rename, recolour, reorder or hide your board's columns. Changes save straight away and sync to the apps. The five built-in stages can be hidden but not deleted; owners and admins can delete stages you've added.
- Write scripts and see their historyOpen a card and write in its Script field. It saves as you type and shows a word count and an estimated speaking time. Click Version history to compare or restore earlier drafts, and Share to send a view-only link to someone outside Zetrr.
- Record voice notes on a cardOpen a card, go to Voice notes and click Record a voice note. Each recording can be up to 5 minutes long, and a card can hold as many as you need. Voice notes sync to the Planner apps, and a Saved idea can hold one voice note of its own.
- Add images to a card’s script and notesClick Add image in a card's Script or Shoot Notes toolbar, or drop or paste a picture into the text. Planner accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, HEIC and AVIF, shrinks large photos for you, and holds up to 50 images per card.
- To-dos, due dates and remindersOpen To-Do in Planner to plan your tasks by day. Add a task, then open it to set a priority, a deadline and a reminder. Reminders appear in Zetrr's notification bell on the web and as notifications in the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps. Your to-dos are private to you.
Teams and calendar
- Work with your team in PlannerInvite teammates from Planner's Team page and they share your boards, cards, scripts and Saved ideas. Discuss work in each board's chat, mention people with @, and ask for sign-off with Request approval. Team members are free in Planner, and your notes and to-dos stay private.
- Sync Planner with Google CalendarOn Planner's To-Do page, click Connect Google Calendar and allow access. Then open a task and turn on Add to Google Calendar. The task appears in your primary Google Calendar and follows your edits. The sync is one way: events from Google Calendar don't come back into Planner.
- Add Planner widgets to your Mac or iPhoneZetrr Planner has widgets for Mac, iPhone and iPad, such as today's tasks with one-tap complete and a glance at your board. The Mac app also puts today's tasks in the menu bar. Sign in to the app, then add widgets from your device's widget gallery. Android has no widgets yet.
