Connect your Google account#
- In Planner on the web, open To-Do.
- Click Connect Google Calendar at the top of the page.
- Choose your Google account and allow Zetrr to manage events on calendars you own.
- You return to To-Do with a message that Google Calendar is connected.
You connect Google Calendar on the web only.
Send a task to your calendar#
- Click a task to open it.
- Under Google Calendar, turn on Add to Google Calendar.
- Wait for Synced to Google Calendar.
Only the tasks you switch on are sent.
How tasks appear#
- A task with a deadline becomes a one-hour event that starts at the deadline.
- A task without a deadline becomes an all-day event on the day it's planned for.
- Events go to your primary Google Calendar.
- Change the title, description, day or deadline, and the event updates.
- Complete the task, switch the setting off or delete the task, and the event is removed.
Edits you make to a synced task in the Planner apps reach Google Calendar too, though they can take up to a day. Zetrr never reads the events in your Google Calendar.
Disconnect#
Click Calendar at the top of To-Do, then Disconnect. Zetrr removes the events it created, gives up its access to your Google account, and turns sync off on all your tasks.
Fix a problem#
- Reconnect Google Calendar at the top of To-Do means Google stopped accepting Zetrr's access. Click it and connect again; your synced tasks are brought up to date.
- "Calendar access wasn't granted": connect again and allow Zetrr to manage events on calendars you own.
- "Google didn't return a refresh token": remove Zetrr at Google account permissions, then connect again.
- Couldn't sync — it'll retry automatically. on a task: there's nothing to do; Planner tries again on its own.
- Calendar (off) at the top of To-Do: Google Calendar sync isn't available at the moment. Contact us if you need it.
