Before you start#
- Install the Zetrr Planner app from zetrr.com/get/planner.
- Open the app and sign in with your Zetrr account.
Sharing only works once you've signed in to the app.
Save from an iPhone or iPad#
- In Instagram, YouTube, Safari or any other app, tap Share.
- Choose Zetrr in the share sheet. If you can't see it, scroll to the end of the row of apps and tap More.
- Check the title and link. Planner fills in the title from the page when it can.
- Add a note and up to 12 tags if you like.
- Tap Save. You'll see Saved to Zetrr.
Save from Android#
- In any app, tap Share on the post or link.
- Choose Zetrr Planner.
- In the Save to Zetrr sheet, check the title and link.
- Add a note or tags if you like.
- Tap Save.
Add an idea inside the app#
Open the Saved tab to add an idea by hand, with an optional voice note. On iPhone and iPad you can also touch and hold the app icon and choose New Idea. On Android, touch and hold the icon and choose New idea.
The share sheet can't record voice notes. To add one to a shared idea, open the idea in the app's Saved tab.
Find your saved ideas#
Your ideas appear in Saved on the web and in every Planner app. Use the tabs (All, Unread, Favorites, Promoted and Archived), search, and platform and tag filters to find one.
When you're ready to make it, open the idea on the web and click Add to Planner. It becomes a card in the first stage of your board, with the link, note, tags and voice note carried over. If you have more than one board, choose which one in Adds to.
