Zetrr Planner keeps the work behind each post in one place: the ideas you save, a card for each piece of content, its script and shoot notes, voice notes, and the to-dos you need to finish it. Planner is free, and so are the teammates you invite. See Pricing for the other Zetrr apps.
Find your way around#
Open Planner from your Zetrr dashboard, or go straight to planner.zetrr.com. The Planner sidebar has six sections:
- Board: your content cards, in a column for each stage.
- Saved: ideas you save from your phone, your browser or the web.
- To-Do: your tasks, as a list or a calendar.
- Analytics: how cards move through the board you last opened.
- Team: the people in your workspace.
- Settings: board options, stages, capture tokens and app downloads.
Create your first card#
Planner makes a board called My Content Board for you, with five stages: Idea, Scripting, Script Done, In Production and In Editing.
- On the Board page, click New Card (or press N).
- Type a title. A rough one is fine.
- Choose a Platform and a Priority.
- Click + Add. The card appears in your first stage.
- Click the card to open it.
- Write its Script and Shoot Notes, and set a Due Date.
- Drag the card to the next column as the work moves on.
When a card in your last stage is finished, click Published on it. It moves to the Archive, where you can find it later.
Notes and chat#
Click Notes at the top of the board for quick notes that only you can see. Click Chat to talk with your team about the board.
