Record on the web#
- Open a card.
- Scroll to Voice notes.
- Click Record a voice note. If your browser asks, allow microphone access.
- Speak. A timer shows how many seconds you have left.
- Click Stop. The voice note saves to the card.
To add another, click Record another. To remove one, click Delete voice note next to it.
Voice notes on Saved ideas#
A Saved idea holds one voice note. Add it when you click Add idea in Saved (under Voice note (optional)), or open the idea later and record one. When you click Add to Planner, the voice note moves with the idea onto its new card.
In the apps and the extension#
- The iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android apps record and play voice notes on cards and on Saved ideas, with the same 5-minute limit.
- The Chrome extension can record a voice note as you save a page. See Save ideas from Chrome or Safari.
- The Safari extension and the phone share sheets can't record. Save the idea first, then add the voice note in the app.
Voice notes sync, so one you record on your phone plays on the web and in the other apps.
Who can hear and delete them#
Voice notes on a workspace card are shared with everyone who can see the card. Anyone with edit access can record. Editors can delete their own voice notes; owners, admins and managers can delete any.
