What’s in it#
Zetrr records every comment on your connected account, whether or not it matched an automation, and sorts the ones worth a reply into categories: questions, leads, feedback, support and collabs. Leads and support requests are marked high priority; questions and collabs medium.
Use the tabs to narrow the list: All, Questions, Leads, Feedback, Support, Collabs, Replied, Dismissed and Filtered out.
The cards at the top show Unanswered Comments, High Priority, Potential Leads, Support Requests and your Response Rate.
Reply to a comment#
- Open Priority Comments in the Automation menu.
- Select a comment.
- Type your reply in the Write a personalized reply… box, or tap a quick reply such as “Thanks so much! 🙏”.
- Select Reply. Your reply is posted publicly under the comment on Instagram.
Replies can be up to 2,200 characters. A reply here doesn’t send a DM.
You can also select Mark resolved, Dismiss or Open on Instagram. A dismissed or resolved comment can be brought back with Reopen.
Choose what gets filtered out#
Under Smart Filter Rules, select Edit rules:
- Exclude DM triggers: hides comments your automations already answered.
- Exclude emoji-only: hides comments that are only emoji.
- Exclude generic link requests: hides “link please”-style comments.
- Show unanswered only: hides comments you’ve already replied to.
These switches apply at once and are remembered on this device. Under Custom words & phrases, add your own words to filter out, then select Done. Matching ignores capitalisation and punctuation.
Empty inbox?#
Select Import recent to bring in comments from your recent posts. New comments then arrive as people write them.
If a teammate can only view Priority Comments, they can read the inbox, but replying and marking comments is for members who can edit. See Roles and per-app access.
To post a public reply on every matching comment automatically, see Reply publicly to comments as well.
